Xintong is an attorney admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and the Peoples’ Republic of China, focusing on complex commercial litigation, international arbitration, and international judgment/award enforcement.  Xintong received an LL.B. degree in P.R. China and received his J.D. and LL.M. degrees at St. John’s University School of Law in New York.  Xintong’s experience includes litigation in the state and federal courts, with particular expertise in representing companies and individuals from P.R. China.
