Nathaniel Francis is the Chief Operating Officer of Seiden Law who, working with partners, associates, analysts and paralegals, oversees much of the firm's complex case load. Nathaniel is a problem-solver and steady hand who formerly acted as Head of Investigations for Seiden Law. As a veteran investigator, Nathaniel has conducted hundreds of complex fact-finding and e-discovery initiatives, including a panoply of litigation matters, asset tracing/recovery, judgment enforcement, international frauds and corporate due diligence on business deals. Nathaniel has also been heavily involved in court-appointed receivership matters including in efforts to return value to investors on distressed asset and debt investments in the U.S., China, and globally.

Prior to joining the Seiden team, Nathaniel spent several years in finance in the hedge fund services unit of JP Morgan Chase in the US. Prior to his time at JP Morgan Chase he worked as an equities trader on Wall Street. Nathaniel graduated from Penn State University and is a Certified Fraud Examiner.
