Jake worked extensively on the BP Oil Spill Litigation, Facebook Consumer Privacy User Profile Litigation and the Valeant Pharmaceuticals Litigation. Jake’s experience and expertise includes litigation in the state and federal courts of New York, including the practice areas of complex commercial litigation, securities litigation, Antitrust litigation, Regulatory Compliance, Class Action, Privacy law, Product Liability and deal-related litigation. Jake is a graduate of Brown University, magna cum laude, and Georgetown University Law Center.
